   We strive to display our products accurately. Please note that many of our collections are limited releases. Once these items are sold out, they may not be restocked. 4. Orders & Payment
   
   1. Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, holidays, or major promotional events, processing time may extend up to 7 business days.

5. Shipping Polic
   
   1. Domestic Shipping (US): Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after shipment.
   2. Origin: All orders ship from our facility in Arizona.
   3. International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10–25 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local customs office.
   4. Liability: Zion Era is not liable for lost or stolen orders once shipped.
      
      
6. Return & Refund Policy
   We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 21 days of delivery.
   • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original product bags.
   • Exclusions: Returns will be denied if items show evidence of deodorant marks, stains, animal/human hair, abnormal smells (perfume/body odor), or missing contents (drawstrings, rhinestones, etc.).
   • Biohazardous Waste: For the safety of our team, any return package containing biohazardous waste will be denied immediately, and the package will be shipped back to the sender.
   • Refunds: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return label costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
   • Exchanges: Exchange requests are for the same item/color but a different size, subject to inventory availability.
